4PM on May 22nd, your HOA will be hosting a cookut in the Seattle Slew cul-de-sac. Main course will be provided as will non-alcoholic beverages.  Please plan to attend and if you do, bring a side for all to share.  Smoked pork is on the menu as will a vegetarian option.  Please send an email to Craig and let us know if you will be joining!   Hope to see you all there.

 

Your board is considering hosting a golf scramble this spring/summer for any interested resident.  This will be a fun event at a local course with prizes awarded.  Please contact us if interested in helping plan. 

 

We are actively working to make the front entrance more appealing.  The process began with killing off the non-bermuda grass that had invaded much of the entry.  Pine straw has been redone throughout the common areas at the front of the neighborhood as well.  As our sprinkler system has been functioning in a less than ideal manner, we have a specialist coming to evaluate and help us get what we need out of the system.  Watch for future improvements at the entry.

 

Our neighborhood CCR clearly stte that homeowner vehicles should not be parked in the street longterm.  On many occasions the roads have become so crowded that an emergency vehicle could not pass if needed.  Please park in your garage or driveway as outlined in the covenants we all signed.
